To Enroll your student for the 2025-2026 School Year, please fill out the FORMS questionnaire.

If you are a current Santa Rosa County Student, you do not need to fill out the questionnaire.

ONLY NEW INCOMING Santa Rosa County Students need to fill out the Questionnaire.

Someone will reach out when Enrollment Begins for the the 2025-2026 School Year.

If your child is a current, Holley Navarre Middle, Woodlawn Middle, EBK8 Student, Avalon Middle etc. You will not re-enroll your student.

( Please plan to receive that email beginning in May 2025 )

We are currently only enrolling for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Please review our Enrollment check list prior to beginning the Online Application.

SnyderK@SantaRosa.K12.FL.US In the e-mail, please provide:

  • Student Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Current Grade Level

  • Current School 24.25 & Prior School 23.24

  • Active or Retired Military ( or None )

  • Currently has active IEP or 504 ( Yes or No )

Once you have emailed Mrs. Snyder please begin your Online Enrollment Application found on the Quick Links , titled " Santa Rosa County Online Registration Application"

You ONLY need to Register if you have never been a student in Santa Rosa County before. If you have, please skip this step and only email Mrs. Snyder to begin. Please include your students Prior Santa Rosa County, 57 Student Identification Number.

If your child intends to participate in Athletics, please also include our Athletic Director to the enrollment email. Athletic Direct Coach Scott Murphy murphys@santarosa.k12.fl.us to begin the clearance process. Click “Athletics” at the top of the school webpage to learn about the requirements for Athletic Clearance as well as requirements for a Physical and a notarized Pre-Participation Form. All athletic-related questions should be directed to the Athletic Director.

Withdrawing Your Student

A parent/guardian must contact Kelley Snyder as well as your students counselor in the event you will be withdrawing your child.

You must give a 24-hour business day notice of your intent to withdraw.

  • For students withdrawing to attend Santa Rosa Adult School or to receive their GED, an exit interview is required with your students counselor prior to withdrawal.

The following things need to be done PRIOR to the student withdrawal:

-The student needs to return all school property.

-Pay off all outstanding obligations.

-Return all sports-related obligations including uniforms to the Athletic Office.

You will be required to sign the Withdrawal Form, ( Parent, Student & Counselor )

As well as list where your student will be attending upon return to a school.
