Please note that the price will increase to $35 on September 6th and will continue to rise every few months thereafter. All transactions are processed through Jostens. Flu Mist Vaccine Information for Parents
We are pleased to inform you that our Department of Health nurses will be providing the Flu Mist vaccine at Berryhill Elementary on November 6, 2025.
Today, Monday, August 25, 2025, your student will bring home a consent form along with an information packet. To ensure your child receives the vaccine during our clinic, please complete the consent form (both the front and back) and return it to the school by Monday, September 8, 2025.
We encourage you to review the information packet carefully. Please remember that no student can receive the vaccine without a properly completed consent form. This is a convenient opportunity for your child, and we appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you!

We hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer! We’re excited to inform you that our Open House for the 2025-26 school year will take place on Thursday, August 7th. To help manage parking, we will have two time slots for different grade levels.
August 7th:
*Pre-K – 2nd Grade: 8 AM – 10 AM
*Grades 3-5: 12 PM – 2 PM
If you have multiple children, please attend during the time slot for your oldest child. For example, if you have a Kindergarten student and a 4th grader, please come during the 12 PM – 2 PM time.
We are eagerly preparing for the upcoming school year and can’t wait to welcome all our Bears and Cubbies back to the Hill!

Summer Meals for Kids and Teens!
This summer, Chartwells is excited to serve all kids and teens in the community—no need to be enrolled in the Santa Rosa County School District! Spread the word and invite your friends and family. Their goal is to keep all our community kids energized for summer fun!

Meals are available for children and teens aged 18 and under.
Kids must be present to receive meals.
All meals must be enjoyed on-site.

We are excited to share that our personal care pantry has had a wonderful start! Thanks to your support, we’ve been able to help many students, including providing summer care packages.
As summer approaches, we still have a need for care packages, but our supplies are running low. We are reaching out for your help! Our personal care pantry is currently in need of the following items:
*Kid's Toothpaste
*Body Wash
*Bar Soap
*Separate Shampoo and Conditioner
*Lotion
*Laundry Pods or Laundry Sheets (Example: HERE)
*Small boxes of Fabric Softener Sheets

Berryhill Elementary proudly celebrated Davitri Brooks as the Volunteer of the Year for both Berryhill Elementary and the Santa Rosa School District during last night's school board meeting. We are truly fortunate to have outstanding volunteers who play an essential role in our community. As DeAnn Hollis beautifully stated, "The heart of a volunteer is not measured in size, but by the depth of their commitment to making a difference in the lives of others."

FUNDRAISER PICK-UP TODAY
We just received confirmation that the Spring Fundraiser items will be delivered on TODAY. (Monday, 5/12/2025) It is headed this way now from Mobile. We will get it unloaded and sorted as quickly as possible with a pick-up window starting at noon until 6 PM TODAY only.
It is essential that all items, especially frozen goods and online orders designated for school delivery, are picked up TODAY due to limited freezer space.
Should any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated through a call-out.
Please remember that you must present your ID to come into the school so please be prepared to present it at the front door when you arrive.
