The DAR Youth Citizens Award is intended to encourage and reward the qualities of good citizenship. This award recognizes the individual who possesses the qualities of dependability, service, leadership & patriotism. Presented by Becky Grohman from the Fort Pickens Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution to Brenna Lubinsky.
